I had a nice visit with Bob and his roommate - we had lunch a took a walk around the neighborhood to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza and some side streets and Avenues...
It's a great location for them! The apartment is very nice - (photos attached) and it takes him 15 to 20 minutes to get to his desk from home.
They said there are a lot of young people there and more bars to go out to then where he was on the upper East side.
It's a lot quieter than Manhattan too.
