Here's the only house being built the last two years where I designed the septic system.  Note the septic tank and junction boxes ready to be installed.

The local tech school students are building it as a learning project, so don't say new single family home construction is totally stopped.

Here's (the) one exception!

I love sunny Mid November days.

And we enjoyed today with Jonathan, Kristen and Carol!

Kristen knows our living area is heated by geothermal ground source heat.
