HAPPY VETERANS DAY !!

Dad Wilfred at his Veteran's Day Ceremony.  Thanks for the picture Liz!

Dan and I attended the Veterans Day Celebration at the Center.  It was simple but meaningful.

I brought Dad's army jacket, cap from the  VFW, and some war paraphernalia.

The staff didn't have them present at the program but many staff members viewed them prior to Sunday

and made comments of how they enjoyed them as well as Dad's stories.

Visit to the American Cemetery...  Very somber time spent there.

Very interesting!!!   A must see....

Some 20 countries are displayed with a weekly breadbasket of what a family in their country typically eats and the relative cost of that food....  A few of the countries listed:

Ecuador,  JAPAN, Germany, ITALY, Kuwait, CHINA, Poland, EGYPT, Mongolia, et cetera.

Thanks Carl for taking me on the tour of the ESPN studios.

Someday, ESPN will do all the sports casting, the way they are growing on this campus with 3000 employees!
