Father told us
this story from the pulpit this morning:
Six year old Angie and her three year old brother Romeo were in the front pew at mass.
Romeo was getting restless, and beginning to misbehave.
As he got louder and louder, Angie told him to stop and be quiet.
Oh yeah he said Who's going to make me?
She leaned out
into the aisle with him and said:
Do you see those big men standing back there?
They are the Hushers !
Did you hear
about the poor fellow who had an accident at work?
He fell into the upholstery machine.
But don't worry.
He's fully recovered.
John found these letters images in San Diego, and sent them
to Liz who sent them to me who is sending them to you.
The first is a letter from Wilfred while he was completing his
World War II duty in Europe.

My heavenly angel in the middle prays she will someday meet
the man of her dreams and marry him which she does exactly 20 years later.
