Interesting to see Stock Investments this week providing the same entertainment as Real Estate Investments:

Japanese Banks in Crisis!  :)

In the last 7 days Origami Bank has folded.

Sumo Bank has gone belly up.

Bonsai Bank announced plans to cut some branches.

Karaoke Bank is up for sale and will likely go for a song, while today shares in Kamikaze Bank were suspended after they nose-dived.

Samurai Bank has had to cut its staff in half.

Ninja Bank is reported to have taken a hit, but they remain in the black.

Furthermore, 500 staff at Karate Bank got the chop and analysts report that there is something fishy going on at Sushi Bank where it is feared that staff may get a raw deal!

And speaking of Stocks for Retirement:

Pete, ya gotta share this with your website friends.  It is hilarious!

(This picture is) of our actress daughter, Kristen, who performs and lives in New York, and they have taken this show on the road in about 5-7 states.  Their theatre group put on this performance of "Forbidden Broadway," for one night in Bartlesville OK, about 150 miles from Wichita.  The show "spoofs" Broadway entertainers and shows - - it was a hoot!

Here's our latest project, with the driveway paved for 700' from the road.

It winds through these two curves to the first house site above the white sign.

Mary discusses the second house site with the real estate agent who sold the property to us.

He can hardly believe it is the same land!

(Email me if you would like to see the project web site.)

And here is Mary at our local church fair near a gigantic pumpkin.

(Yes, we ride our bikes to nearby town events.)

To compare this to the lone 4" diameter pumpkin growing in my garden,

compare a CEO salary to an average worker's salary!
