So these four Freshman runners broke the 4 x 800 Tigers high school record set 16 years ago.
One of those four was Steve, who is now their coach. Bittersweet. And another record holder from then is Greg.
I was pleased with my 25:45 for 5k last week in the rain, but that is no where near Greg's 17:10 in New Canaan.
I passed by the old high school several times last month doing a geothermal job nearby.
It seems like some of the cross country course we built back then is still in use.
Looking forward to this sport with Greg and family too.
Yes it's for the Patriots playing The Washington Redskins at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
But that team might be renamed by then because its name is offensive. From now on they will simply be known as "The Redskins"

A few days after my talk, Mary and I enjoyed the nice unveiling of the Aaron Burr bust in NYC with Harry and his sculptress cousin Leith
followed by a lovely dinner party at the Yale Club of New York, being cleared here after we left.
