Next day, 1/4 of the cross country runners prepare for the race as I arrive.
With all that water training, I cut a minute and a half off last week's five K time.
3.1 miles of hills at 8 minutes 22 seconds each, and a second place medal.
So happy to beat Johan's and Rosemary's time, since they have beat me in every race this year.
There's nothing like good old summertime swimming, boating and running exercise!
