Here's one of the golf holes Tom and I played last month.

I put my 5 iron 15' from the pin, but missed the birdie putt.

This week, my drive went dribbling off the tee, and ended up in front of that tree on the left.

C'est la vie!

Money Gets Around?

A one dollar bill met a 20 dollar bill and said, "Hey, where've you been? I haven't seen you around here much."

The twenty answered, "I've been hanging out at the casinos, went on a cruise and did the rounds of the ship, back to the United States for awhile, went to a couple of baseball games, to the mall, that kind of stuff. How about you?"

The one dollar bill said, "You know, same old stuff, church, church, church."

Vacation time!

Dear Friends & Family.
We haven't said anything to anybody about this until now because we wanted to wait until things were final. We just purchased a one bedroom condo on Oak  Island in Upper Carolina as an investment property.

We closed last week, and thought that we  would let you all know in case anyone is interested in accommodations for an upcoming getaway to the island.  It's available for weekends and on a weekly basis.  We will be handling bookings directly.

For friends and family only, we're asking $200 for weekends
(up to three nights), $450 per week. Please don't give these prices to anyone, these are for our personal friends and family only. We are still setting the actual prices for the general public.

In any case, it's a one bedroom, high-rise unit that overlooks
the ocean, nestled among lush green trees, and has a
lovely ocean view from every window!
See photo below.
Let us know if you're interested.

More World Cup Soccer.

Now a funny video of the Miss World competition

That's Andre Agassi and Roger Federer playing on a tennis court at a hotel in Dubai, Saudi Arabia

These pictures are amazing, especially the last one.    My guess is that they don't chase the balls.

That's the tennis court on top of the hotel!

Interesting but computer generated in my opinion.

I think all you art lovers will enjoy this.  This guy is from the Hill Country in San Marcos. Only in Texas could somebody make something creative out of dirt!

What a great talent just to have it washed away but what a neat conversation piece.

DUST ART

When the dust gets thick on the back window of his Mini Cooper, Scott Wade uses it as a canvas to create temporary works of art.  Among his creations was a copy of C.M. Coolidge's 'A Friend in Need,' better known as dogs playing poker.

Wade takes pride in his creations, but he knows that with one good shower, his work will just wash away.

Also comp gen'd ?
