I had a great week helping to film a Public Broadcasting documentary. "Rediscovering Alexander Hamilton"

Sheila, Director/Producer Michael and cameraman Tony film the action.

Doug (Hamil ton) and Antonio (Burr) fire off my pistols with clouds of smoke.

Armorer Vern (Cro foot) who worked Glory, Alamo and John Adams is left of Richard (Brook hiser) who narrates.

Later in the day, we traveled to the Mount Vernon Hotel and the Abigail Adams Smith house.

We filmed a round table discussion with members of the Society of the Cincinnati.

Those members were the first sons of the first sons of the first sons of ... Revolutionary War Officers.

Doug displayed the medal that George Washington gave to Alexander Hamilton.

Three days later, Mary and I chatted with Laura "Abigail Adams" Linney at a benefit charity picnic near us.

We congratulated her for wining an Emmy in John Adams.

She knew the Adams Smith house rightly belonged to Abigail Adams, the daughter and her husband Colonel William Smith.

We both chatted about how he, Smith, was a drunken scoundrel. Laura did not do the Boston Massacre scene with Vern.

She was a judge in this year's charity hat contest that Mary and I co won last year.

Mary's hat "Let it Snow" was good, but did not win again.  What fun!

Mary asked that these hat pictures be shown for Sue and Roxie, etc.
