IMPORTANCE OF WALKING

I LIKE  THIS ONE ESPECIALLY THE FIRST SENTENCE
-----Walking can add minutes to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000 per month

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she's 97 years old and we don't know where she is.

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to go there.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

And last but not least:    I don't exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass.

You could run this over to your friends but why not just e-mail it to them!

Hello everyone...

well the Green Party tent came in very very handy this past week as our jumping club hosted a  fun fun event.... Pete's  diagram with all the details needed for locating the  pins, and the posts was excellent....  and the  200 foot measuring tape let us do the initial triangles easily... so thanks for it's use...
Matt and Gina and their family  as well as Nancy,   came to watch on sat...  look closely in some of the pictures and you can see them..  : - )
here are a few jpegs,  i hope they download ok.
I enjoyed my  3000th jump  on wed,  7-6-05 it was a 22 person formation.  I made a list of friends and new acquaintances with the skill levels, then designed the jump  around an 8 person circle.. It completed to 22 with 2 camera men outside it.. I didn't wear cameras. but simply enjoyed flying to my place in the formation... A friend got a snapshot or two,, which i'll try to email later...
these pics are all shots which I took myself.. My favorite is the over head group shot of My friend Pat (in the black suit with green wings) as he videos his Own son, Nick,,, on Nicks first ever skydive, ( in tandem with paul Gath ). Pat asked me to shoot,  "overview video and stills"... how did I do???  hahaha... enjoy...  best wishes  Jim

Thanks Jim, Photos shown here! Pete

I had the Zilliox cousins over for a picnic on Sunday.

We had a great time visiting and playing a lawn game.

It was very warm--in the mid 90's. ....
