Interesting Solar Park problem we don't see with geothermal:

We had a nice picnic Sunday, with our 4th of July tent set up here in Mary's and my yard.

Here's the 30x30 tent before set up. I did have to take out a building permit, and the inspector came by on Friday to see it up safely. Fire safety certificate submitted too.

About 60 guests, all volunteers for the Ladies Aide to the local boys school where Mary volunteers her time as program guide advertising chairwoman.

Howard plays our new favorite lawn game we learned in Minnesota, Ladder Ball!  Bocce was on the lower lawn.

4 Caterers (paid for by Ladies Aide President Bibby) prepared a nice food table.

No drinks or food were purchased. We used left overs (from the Friday night Ladies Aide party) which Mary and I stuffed into 3 refrigerators.

These tables by the way belong to Mom and Dad.

They were purchased from the local church after the elementary school updated to new tables in the late 1970's.

I pealed a lot of gum off the underside before setting them up Sunday morning.

Mom reminded me that these were the same cafeteria tables I myself used in the 1960's!

So was that my own gum I was pealing off ??

Kimei, Jackie, Joyce and Bibby.

Bette and Jim used to live next door 20 years ago, and live 4 houses away now.

Yes that's the same chimney upon which I climbed out of the bucket to waterproof this Spring.

Thanks Tim, Eric and Brian for helping set up and tear down.

I did place the tent on my front seat, and 5 tables and 15 benches and poles and straps in the back of my SUV to return everything in one trip.

It was nice to host a party appreciating the volunteers.

Here is the 3D printer with the crescent wrench, sent to me by at least 3 of you. Thanks!
