I had a great week in California seeing old college buddies Dan and John.
Thanks John for taking me around the Silicon Valley sites, and for dinner with Lani and Spencer.
Could Spencer be on his way to our alma mater?
The geothermal training job in San Jose.
My favorite hotel, Hyatt Regency Embarcadero Center.
Visited it, but did not stay overnight this time like I did in 1977 when it first opened.

What a crazy,
delightful ever changing world! Who could have thought that in
2012 young people in Moscow would put on
a "flash mob"
happening, dancing to an 83 year old
American song written by Irving Berlin, a Russian-born
American.
