Best E-mails of the Week 05/01/05.

Thanks for your birthday cards !

Do you see yours in the photo?

A great week for celebrating, but a slow week for good emails.

We are excited about getting tix to see Sir Paul.

The Washington DC concert sold out in 8 minutes on www.Ticketmaster.com

Maybe someday they will put the entire tour on eBay, and auction off every single seat.

Now, the fast ticket buyers are the ones who get to double their money by reselling on eBay.

Here's some Minnesota -based advice about ice cream from Mom Flo:

Keep ice cream in the back of the freezer where the temperature remains the lowest and most consistent -  never in the door.

Scoop ice cream out in layers vs. digging deeply into the container; you'll expose less to the air, keeping it fresher.

When buying ice cream at a supermarket, check to see that it is consistently hard to the touch, and ask for an additional bag to insulate ice cream when checking out.

To avoid "ice cream headache." keep large amounts from touching the roof of your mouth, where a nerve center that causes the headaches is located.

Personally, I like frozen Snickers Bars especially since I gave them up for Lent,

and Lent is over!
