Well we have our CO (Certificate of Occupancy)

People are amazed that the house was built so fast.

Mary deserves credit for her design and supervision of the interior.

We move in on Sunday.

Since many of you said you like to see these pix, here are the latest.

The entry foyer looking into the library.

Cathedral ceiling in library.

Foyer from above featuring grandma and grandpa's wall sconce.

Going up the stairs.

Going down the stairs.

The big closet off the master bedroom.

Tiling in Raf and Greg's / guest bathroom shower.

The laundry room on the second floor, and shingles over the library.

Mary made coffee for the workers every day at 10:30am.

On several days we had up to 10 workers at once.

They loved her coffee. Grey door leads to garage. Basement stairs to its left.

Ken's crew painted the columns and everything beautifully.

This is the back porch I designed and helped build using the leftover cement board siding

- as forming for a future raised concrete and brick patio.

It's too brittle to walk on, but strong enough to support the wet concrete we will place when it warms up.

D J on the right was our finish carpenter. A true craftsman!

People tell us: "It's amazing that the house was finished so soon."

We say "And we only worked half days."

 (meaning 12 hours each)

Soon to be settled in,

Pete
