If you are not reading Dilbert.com avery morning before work, you miss your needed wake up laugh.

Today's Dilbert Comic

Next month marks three years of continuous Best Emails of the Week.

Which were your favorite ones over the years?

Let's hold a contest and vote on the best ones.

Personally, I have always liked the Harvard link with song "All your base are belong to us". I liked the video on why men don't ask for directions, and the picture of the workers cramped into little space.

Those friends and family who know my email address are invited to send me comments on their favorites.

Let me know if I should print your message in its entirety, or summarize your voting.

This is the question posed in the NYTimes this week. They said that 90% of Japanese high school seniors answered it correctly and only 30% of US seniors. I was wrong too, best guessing at d) when it should have been c).  Calculus integrals are just not part of applied engineering for me any more.

Maybe I need to read less Dilbert and more math!

I walked out to my car one morning in January and saw this beautiful sky and thought I'd take a picture to capture the beauty.  Pretty neat, huh?

Sue

Yes Sue, Florida mornings in January do differ from what we have up here, such as the photo below.

Thanks Jim for sending me the picture of the shovel on your driveway.

The person holding it up did not come out in the photo though!.

It's as if he is invisible.!

Keep warm! Spring is around the corner!
