Thanks to all who sent good wishes and visited us
at Dad's services, described as "Beautiful".
There were so many nice pictures of Dad on Face book.
I copy these that Jim posted for others.
Thank you Bro.
This one of the seven pall bearers and four gospel
readers at a happier time, is poignant:
18 or so years later, the graduates of "Grandpa's Camp"
made their counselor quite proud.
How we all loved him!!
Pete
Peter,
Thanks for the beautiful
pictures you, along with Jim, posted on Best Emails this week.
We don't need to tell you
how dear your Dad was to us. He was more than a brother, he was a dear friend
whom we looked up to and treasured. We will miss him for the rest of our
lives.
Your Dad was so proud of
each of you and rightly so, because through the years you never missed an
opportunity to bring him love & joy. And, even during his final agony, you saw
to making his passing serene and beautiful. How we loved you all for that!
He has left you a legacy
more precious than gold...the value of family, May our Lord bless each of you
with peace and contentment, knowing your Dad was a happy man because you all
loved one another so much.
All our love,
Uncle Justin & Aunt
Lorraine
